👨‍✈️ During the event candidates will go through:

✅ 2 interviews (HR + Technical)

✅ 3 assessments (2 psychometric + 1 technical)

✅ Simulator evaluation (35 min)

📌 Requirements

Valid EASA CPL + Class 1 Medical

Valid ME/IR rating

MCC jet or JOC (within the last 12 months)

Minimum ICAO English Level 5

EU passport

📌 Offer & Conditions

Permanent seasonal contract (9 months active / 3 inactive)

Base assigned according to operational needs (Italy, France, or Greece)

A320 Type Rating course at candidate’s expense: €26,500

Includes:

🔹 6 weeks ground training

🔹 VPT A320 training (8 sessions)

🔹 8 FFS sessions + skill test

🔹 Base Training: 6 take-offs/landings

🔹 Operator Conversion Course (2 weeks)

🔹 Line Training: minimum 125 hrs
