MCC APS COURSE
MCC course FFS Airbus A320
The APS MCC is a flight training program that requires students to spend twice as much time in a flight simulator compared to the conventional MCC.
While the APS MCC provides the same basic training, it also focuses on enhancing CRM training. The EASA authority states that CRM training is essential in the airline environment, and the course incorporates this training into all practical exercises. In addition, the course focuses on threat and error management (T-MEM).
The APS MCC is similar to the conventional MCC in the way it teaches pilots basic CRM and SOP. However, it focuses on knowledge specific to airline and swept-wing aircraft operations. In addition, pilots who complete this program demonstrate key competencies required by airlines. It is also recognized by all EASA operators. Many airlines take APS MCC as the gold standard in pilot training.
APS MCC training is an enhanced version of the standard MCC course and aims to prepare future commercial pilots with relevant training and improve certain attitudes required for airline operations. The course offered by Canavia ATPL Advanced focuses on developing and preparing students for more advanced knowledge by offering them an airline oriented alternative with maximum benefits.
